Glenn received a BS in biology from the University of Chicago and a MS in watershed management from the University of Arizona. He worked as a hydrologist with the US Geological Survey for 30 years, in California, Oregon, South Carolina, Reston (Virginia), and Colorado. He also served as an Advisor to the National Park Service Water Resources Division.
Glenn has developed and teaches online courses in Watershed Management, Drinking Water, Water Resources Development, and Water Law for Non-Lawyers. He is also helping to facilitate CSU's free Massive Open Online Course, "Water, Civilization, and Nature: Addressing Water Challenges of the 21st Century".
