Biography
Mike is a College Liaison Librarian at CSU’s Morgan Library. He is has been the Representative from the Library to the Colorado State University Faculty Council (1999-2002), member of the university Faculty Council Committee on Libraries (1998-2001, 2003-2004), and Chair of the Library Tenured Faculty Committee (2001-2002, 2006-2007). Mike has also served as the Chair of the Library Faculty Council (2005-2006).
Mike has published "Atmospheric sciences" in Magazines for Libraries, "Information retrieval and publishing" in Wiley Encyclopedia of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and "MultimediaVirtual reality". Library Hi Tech Bibliography. He has also published "Information seeking behavior for recreational activities and its implications for libraries" with Allison Level. Mike is currently developing a study to look at how diverse populations use virtual reference services and developing a project to digitize the Colorado State University Civil Engineering Reports.
